Replacement or Refund Policy within one year warranty from purchase date
1. If the product has a defect can’t be repaired.
2. The Consumer have the right to choose between an exchange, refund or fixing of products that are (the same defect part, fixed for more than 03 times but still same defect existing)
Consumers are not entitled for a replacement or Refund when:
3. Changing their mind about a purchased item.
4. Availability of the item elsewhere at a lower price
5. If the product found is misuse
6. Software Products are not eligible for Return or Exchange, once dispatched
