Welcome to Prince Tel Group s.a.r.l website (Prince Tel site). By purchasing from princetelegroup.com you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein (Terms). These Terms affect your legal rights and obligations.

Prince Tel Group s.a.r.l reserves the right to make changes to Princetelegroup.com and these Terms at any time. Each time you use Princetelegroup.com you should visit and review the then current Terms that apply to your transactions and use of this site. If you no longer accept these Terms, or any future modification to these Terms, you must cease using the axiom site. Continued use of the axiom site indicates your continued acceptance of these Terms. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Neither Princetelegroup.com and Prince Tel Group s.a.r.l, nor its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries or designees nor each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, designers, contractors, distributors, merchants, sponsors, licensors or the like (collectively, Associates) warrant Princetelegroup.com will be uninterrupted or error-free. Neither the Prince Tel Group site nor its Associates warrant the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content provided on the prince Tel group site or the products or services offered for sale on the prince Tel group site. No oral or written information given by the prince Tel group site or its Associates shall create a warranty.

Under no circumstances shall the prince Tel group site or its Associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from your use of, or inability to use, the prince Tel group site including but not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from the Prince Tel Group site that results in mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion or corruption of files, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, cancellations of orders, delivery delays, or any failure of performance by Prince Tel Group s.a.r.l or Princetelegroup.com of any kind. This Limitation of Liability shall apply in any action, whether in contract or any other claim, even if an authorized representative of the prince Tel group site has been advised of or should have knowledge of the possibility of such damages. You hereby acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise and services available through the Princetelegroup.com.

Exchange Policy

If a product is unused and in its original, saleable condition, the customer may return it in the country where purchased within 7 days of purchase for Prince Tel Group credit*, provided the customer submits the original invoice.

If the product was purchased as part of a bundle/offer, all items included as part of such bundle/offer must be returned together in same condtion mentioned in the above point..

*Prince Tel Group credit will be specific to the method of purchase (i.e. online purchases result in online store credits, retail in-store purchases result in retail store credits). The full credit must be used at one time within 30 days from the date of issue.

Customer Exchange Process:

Purchases from a retail store must be exchanged at a retail shop in the same country. Don’t forget your original invoice.

Purchases from the online store must be exchanged by calling the Prince Tel Group Contact Centre at +96170000470 and requesting a pick up.

For products with manufacturer defects:

For all accessories, the relevant manufacturers’ warranty will apply. Prince Tel Group s.a.r.l will assist the customer to the extent possible. Original invoice is required.

For mobile devices (including tablets, phones and others), the Prince Tel Group 1 Year Warranty will apply for 12 months (for mobile devices purchased in Lebanon) from date of the original invoice.

The following specific conditions apply to Prince Tel Group 1 Year Warranty for mobile devices:

Damage Protection and Extended Warranty are subject to applicable terms and conditions, as communicated at the time of purchase

Service, repair or alterations by any personnel other than Prince Tel Group's authorized service centers will invalidate any warranty.

Any damage due to accident, transportation, misuse, negligence, natural disaster, humidity, rust, gradual deterioration due to wear and tear, cosmetic modification, drop damage/liquid damage, use with voltages other than designated, or operation in a manner not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instruction manual is expressly excluded from warranty coverage.

Prince Tel Group s.a.r.l is not responsible in any manner for personal data, third party or try & buy applications stored or installed on the mobile device.

The repaired mobile device will be warranted for the balance of the original warranty period.

Prince Tel Group s.a.r.l is authorized to replace the main boards only as per the manufacturer’s troubleshooting and warranty replacement guidelines.
